BradNC,

Read your review on Acrylic Wërks sealant. How disapointing.

The Acrylic Wërks company is right here in San Diego. Ya want me to go smack em with a buffer and get your money back?

Hello there.

If you are out there way and have your buffer in hand then no problem here. : ) I think they will eventually pull through but time will tell. I hope the review made sense. I was typing it at the end of the day so I'm not sure that it was coherent.

Thanks,

Brad

Holy smokes! I'd better do something to point out the features of this place.

Why am I not suprised that not only did the product not live up to it's 'all in one' product claims, but you've had trouble getting a refund?

Too bad about your experience. It's one thing when a product doesn't work like you expect, but it's compounded when you receive poor customer service.

David, I've been working to get some reviews in. It's nifty that, after doing the review, you can click the "start a discussion" button. But I realized that the "start a discussion" thread doesn't pull in the review itself. I think that if there could be some default whereby the text of the review -- or a direct link to its URL -- got pulled into the opening thread, that would make life simpler. To get around that current limitation, I try to remember to paste my review into the new thread. But that probably clutters up the server. And I know this might not be a software modification you can make.

Just my less-than-$.02-worth
