Return of the Chat Night !!!

One request;

Please make sure the "chat box" works well with the IPad. Another forum has a Thurs night chat and the chat box doesn't work well with the IPad...

Great idea Troy. I would love to be able to do "chat nights" with my Ipad. It would make things so much easier. :rockon

I would like you to get Max to come hang out with us one night. I have questions I need answers to... :inspector:

I will make my final proposal today. Thank you to everybody for your help in this manner, I love AutopiaForums!

:autopia:

A few of the people I would like to possibly see

Optimum - Dr. G / Chris
Gtechniq - Rob
Polishing - Mike P. / Todd H / Asphalt Rocket
CarPro - Avi / CeeDog
Dodo

Good choices, but I think that Mike P. and Todd have the polishing well covered. They are bona fide experts in polishing, with an outstanding attention to their customers online.

Some times it is best to get outside people and enthusiast involved so the crew from PBMG can focus on other projects and tasks more important than preparing a presentation for a chat night. Also when there are so many other highly skilled people out there to have come in and discuss why not do it? The more information the better!!!

I think Flash Gordon would be a wise choice to have as a guest :swirly:

Trouble, we won't be going there for more than about a minute. You've been on a pretty level flight, it's a good thing. We won't be making any (901) calls or going down by the river either.

I would love to see some highly skilled people, but we should really stick to people who actually know how to talk to people on the internet. There are some people out there who think they are better polishers than anyone, but cannot really back it up. Sort of like legends in their own mind.

Troy, maybe you can start a top ten list of polishers and keep us updated on the rankings. :lol2:

In my career, while many have considered me an expert on some level of detailing (which I find humbling) I have always considered myself a student. I have a lot left to learn but that keeps it fun and my brain engaged.

If you guys want a guest I have no problem seeing if that is a possibility. I obviously cannot deliver everybody but I have no problem trying. The more that we all learn from others, the better.

We are going to move forward with the chat night. I don't know when, because this, like any PBMG project, is going to be researched and the software will be carefully selected to ensure everybody has a great time.

Thanks again for the suggestion, it is fun to take forum member's ideas and make them a reality.
