Reoccuring headlight condensation

What would you guys do with reoccuring headlight condensation? This isn't for my car, but it is for an Integra. This new guy at work has an Integra and he is having this problem on his passenger side lenses. He uses a hair dryer and that clears it right up. Then when he goes back out to drive it comes back. I told him to check the seals on his bulbs and he said that he thought of that and replaced them. Its a 2001 Integra and they look fine. No cracks or anything. What would you do for a problem like that?

I had this too on my teg. Take the headlight out, dry it out REAL REAL good with a hairdryer, then use some clear silicon around all the seams. Mine has been fine now for 1/2 year. Give it a shot.

Yeah I bet it's the butyl seal between the lens and the housing. That's what commonly causes all types of lenses (like tail lights too) to collect water.
