Removing Rain Spots

Does anyone have a recommendation about how to best remove rain spots that seem to have set in on paint? The car is a flat red. The paint spots have only been on the car for about a week but a thorough wash and wax have done nothing to remove them.



Is there a specific product to use?

Try clay bar

 

[Atlantic Euro]

Start with clay, move to 50/50 water/vinegar solution, try the Danase spot remover. Last is polish. They might be permanent if the clear is etched.
