removing oil paint

I am going to detail a car that drove over some oil paint.

it is on the wheel wells and on the bumper what is the best way to remove it and not harm the paint?

Thanks for your help

Tac Fitzgerlad- OK, I'll take a shot at this. For inside/around the wheelwells, you can maybe just gently pick it off with your fingernail or a piece of stiff plastic. A solvent like PrepSOl might help, I'm not sure. For areas that will show damage, I'd try clay, maybe even the "aggressive" "overspray clay". Even if you have to use SMR afterwards (likely with the overspray clay), it's better than having the paint on there.
