Remove 2000 grit from plastic headlights with G110?

Can I remove 2000 grit marks from plastic headlights using my G110 with 4" orange pad and Ultimate Compound? 1999 Dodge Dakota.



I finally have the opportunity/time to restore my headlights. I want to do it tomorrow but the highest paper I have access to is 2000 grit.

orange pad and m105 is usually what i use. UC should work too.

One way to find out ... as Nike says "Just do it!"

Most auto parts will have 3000 save you some polishing time.

ahh mr nino . . . . yeah i agree with nino, but if you can locate that 3,000 grit then you can prob. step down from the m105
