Recommendations for a good one-stepper?

For me, a one-step requires a high cleaning ability. That rules out (definitely) NXT, TW ultra, Nanowax and (I think) Reflections.

I'd be looking at Mothers Cleaner Wax, Megs Cleaner Wax, Megs ColorX, Klasse AIO (light colours).

Yes 1z MP would be my 1 step choice, very smooth application, polishes well and includes a wax, and you can get it in the UK quite easily. :xyxthumbs The tin spout is awfull though !

1Z MP by PC or better yet rotary:xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

Excellent one-step for a vehicle in reasonably good condition.

One man's "sterile" is another man's "natural (no make-up)" appearance. :D

New cars!

Definatley NXT via polisher. It will help clean the surface a bit and also leave 2 months of protection, give or take. Not to mention a great overall look.

Not to kind of go off topic but, I would say with spray waxes like Optimum Polymer Technologies OCW, a one stepper is no longer needed. Therefore you should be able to use a very nice product like FP II or something like it and then remove it, spray on some OCW wipe off and walk away. That way you have a perfectly polished surface and a great looking and protective wax on top. This way you are not compromising anything. With a one step you are either giving up polishing ability or protective properties. IMO opinion that is a thing of the past.

If I were you, I would go FP II followed by OCW. Now I know the question about my recommendation is availability, he probably can't get OCW over there, can you? I know Autogeek and Premiumautocare have OCW, they ship overseas I think.

Just my .02
