Recieved The Gift Of Zaino And Souveran/klasse Kit, Which One To Use??

Blue. The AIO you apply will STRIP EVERYTING down to the paint - it is intended as a starting point (after polishing the paint), not something intermediate.

I did an application of AIO and all I have to say is WOW to say the least. I was very impressed with the ease of application. I still can't believe that I wiped it on then wiped it off immediately and the result is OUTSTANDING. I could definately see a clarity in the paint after the AIO application. I was going to apply the PS the following day but wouldn't you know it, it started raining and now it's snowing. I am very impressed with the results. :xyxthumbs

I'm a newbie here too, and have (but haven't used it yet) the klasse/souveran combo. But, I'm curious to try out the zaino.

IMHO, since you have both, you really can't go wrong with either one. Just make sure that whichever one you decide to try out first (klasse or the zaino), please eventually try out the other one and compare, then tell us what you think :)

I always like to try something else other than Zaino because we all know that it's one of the best one's out there and it's a sure thing that it works. I'm not one however to just use something just because everyone else is using it. I personally like to try out the products and see for myself. This was the reason I started out with Crystal Guard. I got great results from it but it has its flaws. In this case I was lucky enough to have won this combo so I don't have to purchase it. So far, it's :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs for me. Now this is based on the AIO application only, I simply can't wait to apply the PS over it. In the Spring, since I have the Z also, I will definately give it a shot.

Well you are quite the fortunate Autopian, aren't you? :D

Now, if I were you, I'd get rid of the swirls via some Meguiars #9 (or DACP if it were needed). Go an application of AIO. Then start off with the Zaino. Top with PS. You could of course just sub the Zaino with SG, but I personally like Zaino, so yea...

Hope whatever you try works out!

I certainly am a very fortunate Autopian, thanks. :p

I will probably strip everything in the Spring and start all over. Now will AIO, Z and PS work well together? I'm :scared of putting these together.

Well, AIO cleans the surface pretty well which is what I would recommend after using #9, and you should go the whole Z1, Z2 rout after that. There should be no bonding issues with the Z1 and AIO. And of course, the PS will only add to the Zaino shine. :D

I'm not too familiar with #9 so correct me if I'm wrong. This will only fill in the scratches right? If it's only filling it in, wouldn't the AIO simply remove this if it's applied over #9? I know you said use Z1 & Z2, can I use ZFX with it? Also, I'm assuming I can also use Z5, the question is will it actually hide any remaining swirls. And the last question that I have on this is this. Let say I did use

#9 followed by the Z line and top it off with PS, if there are any swirls that are new at that point what product can I use to go over the PS? Is the Z5 compatible over the PS? Thanks.

Well, #9 is a polish thats about a 3-4 on Meg's abrasive scale (don't have it infront of me right now...) and it has a few fillers in it as well. I say to use it so that you get rid of the swirls and then to use the AIO to remove any fillers or oils that it left behind.

Yes, you can use ZFX with the Z1 and Z2. You should not have to use the Z5 if you polish out all your swirl marks (with #9 or DACP or w/e, depends on what condition your paint is in). You could use the Z5 though, if there are a few remaining marks.

By the time you're ready for PS, your paint should be pretty close to perfect. I definately would not put Z5 over the PS because its meant to go over the Zaino sealant and not a carnuaba topper. You could add more layers or PS if you do come across scratches. It may fill them in with some success. Good Luck!

At this point I'm :scared to use any product that has any abrasives. I had a bad experience with a 3M scratch remover. It ended up causing some swirls on my paint and it made the finish dull looking. I'm not too worried about it right now since the paint is in good condition. The swirls I'm refering to are just something that I notice when I'm inspecting the paint very closely. As long as I can get rid of some, which the AIO application did do very well. I'll probably skip #9, AIO then go from there. Thanks again.

Are you doing hand application or do you have a PC?

I'm doing hand application.

The weather cooperated testerday and I managed to apply PS. OMG!! THIS STUFF IS AWESOME!!! The application was a sinch. I read a post where someone said that it was FUN applying this stuff on your car. I didn't understand that statement until last night. As soon as I buff it of you can completely see the DEPTH of the paints shine. I didn't think it was possible to achieve this after the AIO application, but it most certainly did. Unfortunately, it was already too dark for me to take pics, but I'll shoot some today. Overall, this combo is PHENOMINAL.:bow :bow :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs
