Received an e mail from my last client

Thank you so very, very much for the outstanding detailing job you did yesterday on my car. My family, friends and neighbors are just in awe. . . that you worked so very hard and were so meticulous. I am so happy with my car. Especially at a time when I began to feel it was looking so frumpy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

That would be a great email to get - especially when you think about who she'll be calling down the road when the car needs another fix-up ;)
 
Its amazing how a simple e-mail can make you appreciate things like this so much more.. You have a client for life and hopefully many more from her word of mouth! Great Job! :xyxthumbs

I never heard from her again. :confused:
 
Even though you get paid to do the job, a warm compliment like that and the obvious appreciation she had for your professional job makes it much more enjoyable and worthwhile. Good job and good luck in not making her look so "frumpy". :xyxthumbs
 
Thomas- Good work on the car. It is funny how few people who get an outstanding detail actually express their satisfaction. I am always the one who follows up with the 'Thank You' cards to customers. I guess that is our job though. All I care, is tha satisfied customers give me repeat business or tell others about their good experiences.

Thanks Brad - I agree.



We need to get together at some point. My car IS a big mess.
