Nice! Looking forward to the finished product JP! I'm thinking you are really going to like the new toy.

Nice carrying/storage bag. :bigups I've always just picked up a tool box to accomodate my polishers, I like the looks of yours much better.

It looks like you bought a package deal complete with new pads and MF towels.

Already like the looks of the bed. Is that a bedliner and a bed mat? Factory or aftermarket?

Troy put a package together for me. All my pads were 5.5", so I needed the bigger ones for the Flex.

That is a bedliner, but the bed is actually that composite stuff, not a usual steel bed. It has plusses and minuses.

Nice package!

I think the Ford Sport Trac also has a composite bed. It sounds like a great idea in theory. You have some reservations?

:cool:Seeing that you are already loaded up,:idea ...:drive: North,Northwest 2 States...My car is trashed, I jus can't muster the Energy to do it myself:passout: Other than a quik rinse at DIY...My ride was last Detailed right before Christ X(Dec.25th)

It's easily scratched and gouged (yeah, I know it's a truck bed :) ) and I have seen a report or two where it has cracked. It's very slippery when wet, hence the bed mat.

Heck that's definitely not what I thought you would say about the negative. I thought that the positive would be it would be more dent resistant, and did not think that scratching would be a problem either. I thought the negative would be the weight (too light); causing the rear-end to be a bit bouncy (OK guys...I know where ya'll are going with that -- work with me just this once. :D)

Well hopefully all of the good and none of the bad will be in your future. :bigups
