Rag co Gauntlet 20x30 MF drying towel

PA DETAILER

DETAILED TODAY?
Ordered a pair of them last order. Used one this morning. Great looking towel. Soft. Decent weight. Perfect size for drying. Bigger is not always better. Should not be a issue for the washer when it`s time to wash them. Figured this will be a average drying towel. I was wrong. LOVE this towel! After a flood rinse, it only took one to dry the whole truck. Drank the water up like a magnet. Soft. No marring. I will not hesitate to order more of them. Just think i found my perfect drying towels.

They are nice. I just got the same one, maybe in the 30x36 from OG. I have more use for the larger drying towels in the winter when it`s rinseless washes in the garage. I would expect that the small size one would be enough to touch up my truck after drying with the leaf blower.

Do you have PFM’s? If so how are these better in your opinion?

Here`s the thread that I started about this then-new towel in February 2020 to reference for additional comments.
(Yes, just just prior to all the COVID pandemic shutdowns and shelter-at-home orders):

By the way, PA DETAILER, "Thank You" for your comments and evaluations and comparisons about this microfiber drying towel. It is one of those items that can REALLY benefit any detailer, professional or hobbyists alike, as vehicle washing is probably THE most-common detailing task.

Now, if we could only find that "Holy Grail" for a wash soap! Oh yah, THAT was discussed already:
I can`t pick a Shampoo.....

I had both back when i was towel drying. Somehow the Gauntlet was not as `good` for me as the `ol PFM. Actually, i also liked Silk Dryers better than Gauntlet too. Weird cuz all the same basic twisted loop thing, no?

EDIT: Oops, that was the Dreadnought, not the Gauntlet, that didn`t work well for me. Never tried the Gauntlet.

Their Gauntlet is a great towel. I`ve purchased the two smaller sizes and I use them almost exclusively now. My son went out and bought a few of the larger size, which I`ve tried, and it makes me wish for something larger than the two small sizes I`ve purchase yet smaller than the 20" x 30" (??) size he bought. I don`t like my drying towels dragging on the ground...
