R32 and the Klasse twins

Thought you guys would like these.

First a bit of background, when I got my R32 on the 28th of February Dave (urban1.8T) and I used clay magic clay bar on it and followed up with P21s Paint Polish and P21s Carnuba.

The results were amazing but Dave being the perfectionist he is when it comes to detailing decided that we should try the Klasse twins on my R32 to see if the results were any better.

Today we did the car with Klasse All in One followed by Klasse Sealant Glaze and used Auto Magic 49 - Body Shine to help take off the Klasse Sealant Glaze. In the end it was worth it but these products seem a lot harder to take off than the P21s range. Using the AM 49 definately helped taking off the Klasse SG.

Anyway the car looks unbelievable now with a deep wet look and fantastic reflective surface. A big cheers to Dave for all his work again. We have to get you that PC because doing this by hand once a month is getting old real fast ;) Let me know what you guys think.

Next up is a few of coats of P21S Carnuba over top of it.

quozl,

Sweet detail on a Sweet ride! ! ! :bow :bow :bow

I love the color and the wet, wet finish of the paint! Cool wheels as well! :xyxthumbs

Keep up the great work!

Cheers,

Good job on the R32. I detail my bro's 20th every once in a while and man, those Aristo's (rims) are a pain to clean.

another aussie, thats great!!!!

The car looks fantastic. Before you go with P21S try to layer a few more coats of Klasse SG. Ive found that the second and third layer make a big difference especially in depth of colour.

Becareful when using the AM bodyshine in between layers of Klasse SG because I does contain silicone and may impare the bonding process. There is a version of Am49 that doestnt contain silicone. Try Megs Final Inspection for inbetween layers to be safe.

Good luck, the car looks great...

Beautiful colour, beautiful job, beautiful car!!

I'm about to try the Klasse twins on my car (first time) and you've given me some extra inspiration!! :bow

Thank you for all the kind replies, compliments and tips. Coming from you guys it really means a lot, being the obsessed detailers you all are. :bow

I have to say if it wasn't for Dave Ellis it wouldn't look half as good as it does. He really deserves a huge slice of the credit. He has taught me all his tricks and still takes the lead and does the majority of the work whenever we get stuck into my car and I always learn something new from him each time we work on our cars.

I'm a fanatic with detailing thanks to him, but he's really really obsessed with it :-) Sometimes it's scary...he wanted to claybar and P21S his mailbox the other day :D

Anyway again thank you for all the compliments and extra tips they are very much appreciated. Next up is the wifes new 2004 VW Polo Club in Red.

Cheers Al
