Quick wash/wax after new mods and dyno #'s...

03COBRA

I miss my 03 Cobra......
Well guys/gals I finally got the last (or so I thought) of my engine mods on last week. I installed the LFP Heat Exchanger (Thanks Spree), LFP I/C Reservoir, JLT/Steeda Intake, SCT 2400 MAF and dyno tune.

I took it down to San Jose, Ca on Sunday to have it tuned. Funny thing the guy that bought my last cobra does dyno tuning know and said he would be happy to tune it for me. So I took a trek up there with a few friends and we bummed around for awhile waiting for my turn. Once we got it on the dyno it took about 5 pulls to get it where it is now, and put down 506 RWHP and 521 RWTQ after the tune. Previous was 457 RWHP and 481 RWTQ so quite a big jump. All in all happy. Until I found out I'm running out of fuel and 5800 RPM's. Now I have to figure that out. We may be looking at an additional 10HP at the wheels once I get the fuel delivery figured out...

Mods:

-Stiegemeier Stage IV ported supercharger (Seeing about 18# of boost)

-HCI smooth intake plenum

-Billetflow 2.93" upper pulley

-Metco 4# lower pulley

-JLT/Steeda intake

-SCT 2400 MAF

-LFP Heat Exchanger

-LFP I/C reservoir

-Boost-A-Pump

-OCW on wheels

-BnB on tires and front /rear trim

Actually most cars on SVT are in STD I found out...

Most people don't have the guts to put STD next to their numbers.

I have the guts to post STD and SAE, I'm happy with the outcome on crappy California 91.

Uncorrected: 515 WHP 528WTQ

STD: 506 WHP 521 WTQ (Which are the #'s my car actually made)

SAE: 492 WHP 506 WTQ

GSRstilez: Thanks. I hope to hit the track real soon. I need some stickier tires first. 1st, 2nd are useless again... As a daily driver it's very nice. Lot's of torque really helps and the drivabiltiy with the new tune is amazing.

Thanks PnB and DARKSTI...

Nice Cobra! The one and only Mustang I would buy. ;) How much did you buy that for? (stock)

BTW I like the SVT in the front.

Damn....that HE looks killer on your car. Too bad I never got around to installing it on mine. Enjoy, and congrats on the great numbers!!!
