I polished and waxed my car for the first time this weekend and it looks INCREDIBLE :xyxthumbs I just have one question. Now that I have one coat of wax on her ...... the next time that I want to polish do I have to strip her clean using dish soap and then start again or can I polish over the existing wax and then re-wax?

Completely dependant on your "wear and tear"....Garage queen, daily driver ? Do you cover it ?

D/load the e-book, many of your FAQ's can be answered there....

As a rule of thumb, carnauba monthly, polymers every 3 months...QD as you wish, daily, weekly....

If it needs additional shine, luster, gleem, depth, whatever you want to call it, that comes from your polish....you can get additional from poly's and carnaubas, but the majority of it comes from your prep work, washing, claying, cleaning, polishing...

good luck, now go get the ebook !

Wait a sec... From your other thread you said your wax only lasts for 2 weeks. If that is true then I would say that you are probably going to have to rewax your car twice a month anyway. You do not need to polish it again unless you have more swirls. Polishing will remove the wax. What product did you use to polish to begin with? Your process confuses me a bit. I'd be interested to have you write out what products you used and in which order so we could see your procedure.
