1. Can you wax a car to much, or how often is to much, Im probably waxing mine every 2 weeks.



2. How can I make a White car shine like the darker cars.:nixweiss

You can't wax a car to often, wax/sealants won't harm the paint at all. A cleaner wax will remove some top coat but it would take a PC with a heavy polishing pad to make it significant.



Some waxes may cause buildup but I doubt most of the newer products will have this problem.



So wax and relax!:D



I don't have a white car so I really don't know which products will add that "pop" to your white paint. Maybe someone with some experience can chime in here?
 
A white car just isn't going to reflect like a black one. It has to do with light properties. Typically, synethetic sealants are regarded as giving great shine and brightness to paint, thus suited very well for light colored cars.
 
If you're going to wax every 2 weeks, I think your best bet would be a cleaner wax. As some others have said, wax buildup on a white car would lead to yellowing.



As for making it shine, I think you can make a white car shine like a black car, but it won't *reflect* like a black car.



The key to the shine is prep. Compounding, swirl removal, claying, and paint cleaning all come into play. If you're really after the best shine, forget about waxing every 2 weeks, but instead, attack your car one panel at a time, all year around.



What I mean is, spend each weekend getting one panel as clean and swirl free as possible, then apply a reflective sealant like Klasse or Zaino and then move to the next panel the next week. After one full cycle (8 or 9 weeks) your car should be pretty amazing!
 
I've used the PwC+EX, PwC+EX+S100, GC, and NXT on this car.



The NXT received a PwC treatment beforehand and for me, this is the winner by far. This paint has never been so deep--it has always been shiny. Plus, as mentioned in a previous post, the NXT turned the quasi-pearl color into a nice, clean white.

Actually its not my neighbors, but my wife, she says I wax it to much. Here is a pic of the roof. (2004 Mach 1, Oxford White)

I try on a couple of white cars Zaino and they shine very nice, not at nice as in a black car, but very noticeable
 
You can't really "wax too often", BUT remember that every time you touch the paint to do anything, let it be waxing, QDing, washing, etc, you run the risk of accidentally introducing scratching/swirling. You can take all the precautions you can to prevent this, but it's still a risk that you should be aware of.



Try to strike a balance between making you happy and not having to touch the paint too often. As much fun as it was to do, this is one reason why I stopped applying S100 almost every week last year. ;) (Other than the fact that it didn't seem to improve anything.)



Like 2wheelsx2 said, you can make any light coloured paint shine and be bright and glossy, but it's never going to be as reflective as a very dark colour. Also keep in mind that there are some lighting and camera techniques being used to achieve those really incredible black reflection shots...
