Questions re first detail this weekend...

I am going to detail my new car this weekend. I have some questions regarding which applicators I should use for which products. I am going to wash the car with Sonus Gloss shampoo using a Sonus mitt, then dry with a coupld of Sonus drying towels.



Then I am going to polish the paint with Sonus paintwork cleanser. I have microfiber and foam applicators - which should I use?



Then onto Klasse AIO and SG. Again, which applicators for these? - I am thinking foam for the AIO and microfiber for the SG.



Finally I am going ot apply P21S Carnauba. Am I right to just use the foam applicators in the plastic case?



I have done a search and read the how-to guides, but I'd just like some final assurance that I'm going about this correctly. If anyone has any personal experience or tips regarding these products, I'd love to hear them.

Butkus- I use foam to apply most stuff, but it's just a personal preference. You won't go wrong either way with those products so try them both and see what you prefer.



Now that I think of it, I do use MF for some paint cleaner applications when I'm concerned with really *cleaning* the surface (e.g., rocker panels), so you might try that for the Sonus cleaner and the AIO. Guess I'm not quite so foam-only as I first thought! I generally do everything by machine so maybe that's why I was thinking like that....



Yeah, just use the foam that comes with the P21s and try not to drop it. If you do drop it, or it otherwise gets dirty, I'd probably use foam.
