Question on # 7 & #26

just picked up these 2 products for the first time. my question is should i apply these to the entire vehicle then remove or should i do 1 section at a time? not sure if these products should sit for a while or if they need to be buffed off quickly.

Apply number 7 to a section at a time, and remove product before it dries, (actually #7 never really dries), then apply number 26 over number 7 and let dry to a haze and then remove, and your done.

I do the whole car with #7 and then move on to the #26. Like George Wax said, #7 never really dries just work it in until it's virtually not visible follow it up with a good micro fiber and then a couple of coats of wax.
