Question before I swirl remove w/ 1Z over Zaino...

I have many coats of Zaino on my black buick. I plan to swirl remove this weekend w/ 1Z. Can I just do it or do I need to strip the Zaino first? I was also planning on trying to throw some NXT on top of the 1Z as well. Is this a a good combo?

Well It would help to know which one of their polishs you were using but, asuming your doing this by hand I think even their mildest polish should remove it. Try it on one panel first. As for the NXT I've used in on a few different kinds of black and have always really liked the results. Just know that its a different look than Zaino. It will probably give your paint a darker look instead of the bright look. Not that its bad or any thing, it's just different than Zaino.

i have applied the zaino by hand but used a PC for the 1Z and NXT on my other car.



I like Zaino but i dont want to swirl remove w/ the 1Z PP then dawn the car to Zaino it and start over w/ that ya know?

Using the polish will remove zaino, no need to strip before swirl removal.

Yeah, the PP will polish off *paint* so it won't have any trouble getting through any products that are *on* the paint. Haven't tried NXT over 1Z, so I dunno, but I'd expect them to be compatible.

I've done NXT right over 1Z MP and didn't-haven't noticed any issue's yet.
