Right now I'm wetsanding gelcoat. Never done it before, but my steps are
-220
-400
-600
-1000
-2000
-3401+sip+orange pad (for 0 sanding scratches)
Needless to say, it's tedious, lol.
Can I skip any steps, for example, go 2, 6, 1500, SIP, or am I pretty much stuck with doign the above?
Normally on car wetsanding I don't go below 1500 so this is new to me.
I could experiment, but I'm soooooooooooooooooooo tired of wetsanding gelcoat at the moment I don't want to, haha :grinno:
