Question about trade marks and brochures

I just completed my tri-fold brochure that I use every year in the warm weather to advertise my services. (I'm not a full-time "professional" but do this to earn extra cash).

I had the brochure professionally designed and it's about to go to print.

On the back spine of the brochure, I list the products I use.

My question is, do I need to put a little trade mark (TM) symbol after each name?

What do you guys do if you list the products you use?

I just want to make sure that I do the right thing.

Thanks.

Companies can have three indicators on their name or on brand names: Trademark (TM) , Registered (R), or Copyrighted (C). Many companies provide details on their websites how to properly use the company name and all brand names. This is usually located in the legal section of their website. By providing this information, the company is giving you permission.

I just use the company graphical logo. This sort of eliminates any concern to me. You just need to place a tag line that says "not affiliated with..." at the bottom. I use them, without the not affiliated jusk, but that is only on a small brochure that not too many pwople see, and i am sure the big name companies aren't going to come after you, and if they do for some weird reason, just delete their logo. :nixweiss
