Question about posting pics into my gallery

Hey guys I was wondering how do i post pics into my gallery? I know this has probly been covered in an lold post but everytime I search it comes up with threads that don't help me at all. If you can explain how to do this in a step by step process it would be greatly appreciated.
 
Click Gallery, then in the top right under the normal navigation links, click "Upload Photos." You can leave the category as "Member Galleries." Click the "Browse" button and select the photo that you would like to upload. Fill in the text fields. Click "Upload/Submit." Some magic will happen and you should be taken to your picture. It may appear smaller than it did on your computer, but you can click the picture and be taken to the larger version.



Or are you wondering how to get them to appear in your posts?
