I don't discount "intangibles" like scent. If [whatever characteristic] makes a product more pleasant to use, then I'll consider paying a premium for it. And if [whatever characteristic] makes a product *unpleasant* to use, then I simply won't buy it.
 
The scent of uwwp is downright addicting! For me scent is the very last thing other than color that I allow to affect my decision. If all functional properties were equal, these play subconscious roles at the very least.
 
Just to make sure we're on the same page : I never said the scent was a criteria I was considering when buying products.

Yeah, that's how I read you. I was saying that it *can* factor in when I'm buying. Oddly enough though, I often like "chemically" scents that others can't stand, while hating many "foody" ones.



I won't buy/not according to color, but I do appreciate certain hues. Oh gee, how subjective of me :o but when I'm the subject in question everything I care about counts :D
