You'd want to use a glaze before a sealant. From what I understand, PWS was designed to either be a quick and simple LSP or to be topped with a wax afterwards. If you want to use a glaze, I'd suggest using a straight sealant afterwards and then top with your wax of choice.
I would think you could use a glaze after PwS, but having not used it I really couldn't be sure. The only way to find out is to try a panel or two and see how it works. As for putting a sealant like 4* or any other pure sealant over a glaze, i wouldn't recommend it as sealants stick best to clean polished paint. I do think you could top it with a wax though with no problems
I didn't notice any bonding issues when I used Wolfgang's glaze topped with EX-P this last time I detailed my car. A bit of trial and error, like Steve said, wouldn't hurt. Whatever you decide, please let us know how it went and make sure to take pictures.
I wasn't for sure being that I think PWS is a synthetic and that Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze is supposed to be a synthetic also but just a glaze. I just thought the two might stick and then put a synthetic sealant on top. This past weekend I used PWS for the first time and I was impressed. I used a blue edge pad with the PC and then topped with 2 more coats of EX-P 24Hrs apart on a silver 03 Dodge ram and 2 coats of black fire. I go for long term durability.
