Purchase from Detailed Image... Bad Customer Support?

I do not think Detailed Image anything improperly. They followed their policy and well within their rights.



But, some other sellers would have likely done more like exchanging it. This is one reason to buy from some sellers over others.

i buy items from detailed image if the amount of the item is not big, like ebooks, wet shaving items, perfume and clothes. If i want to purchase electronic gadgets, I'd choose to go to a physical store.
