ps and flex vs. high speed?

i have been thinking an i might be wrong but i notice the pc compared to the flex alot a people go with flex because it is more high speed buffer like. so does that mean the high speed buffer is the best? i do think the high speed if trained is better than pc how ever the pc has its uses (easy, no swirls and no burning) . I tired the cutting pad on my pc today then the high speed. hands down high speed faster and better. its hard to belive the orbital motion from the pc shaves the clear down and cuts scratches? does the high speed give the best results? i know i asnswered my own question but i want to hear other opinions

I find that the high speed gives better results with cutting polishes and compounds along with some pressure, but appling glazes and waxes 3-4 speed coats it on pretty good for me!

The rotary is an all around better buffer. Tougher learning curve but once you get it, you can remove more swirls and leave a better finish at the same time.

Not quite sure why you asked this here though, basic questions aren't what this forum is for. You'd get more response if you get a mod to move this to the machine polishing forum.

thanks guys
