Proper Way to Apply #7??

Hi guys i have a question. I am thinking about using Megs #7 before my next good waxing and i was wondering about the proper way to apply/cure/remove this. And also should I apply it to the whole vehicle as some have said they get good results for just hitting the curves and points of their vehicle. So please by all means fire away.....
 
Well it answers ALMOST all of my questions. After reading i still have to ask in the end which is the overall best product #7 or Deep Crystal Stage 2 Polish? Please anyone enlighten me..
