Products that are "best buys" (in terms of value)

Clearkote's Carnauba Moose Wax. I can do a car with les than an ounce. A pint will probably do my car 20 times. Not bad for $18.00.

Well jeez, then what about AIO and SG? I decanted some SG into a 2oz container and then used less than half that to do a Chevy Trailblazer! I used about 1.5 oz of AIO.

The cheapest product I can think of is the knowledge of how to avoid creating swirls, through improper technique. But, I suspect the fellow in question already has a handle on that, and is looking to go up one step.

That depends. If someone can get S100 locally without shipping it's considerably less expensive than CCW.

CCW = $18 + $8 shipping = $26 vs $14.95 plus tax for S100.

I get Carnauba Moose for less than S100 at my local distributer and no shipping. ;)

think of an all purpose cleaner/degreaser just like meguiars apc+. Although, mike phillips has told me that their citri gel product is a lot easier and safer to use as it won't etch or haze aluminum surfaces.

I have used it on alloy & aluminum wheels with no problems to report of, but "Extra" can be used on a lot of different surfaces, including carpets & mats...Just be sure to rinse it off before it drys on metal or painted surfaces...It sort of reminds me of the strong "purple" cleaners, without the damaging effects that go with alkaline based products.

Great for around the house too.

Edit: I would not recommend that it be used it on car paint, as it will strip your wax...It might streak a single stage paint job.
