Problems with Autogeek

My problem has been resolved. Max and Jason agreed to ship my order overnight so that I get it in time for the weekend. :xyxthumbs

I placed an order on Saturday and just called about it. It hadn't shipped but I was glad! Reason being I wanted to add to the order (SSR2.5). I also will get a free 32oz bottle of DP waterless wash since they are including that with Memorial Day orders. They are upgrading shipping over-night too. Evidently there is a problem with Paypal on several orders. For me, It worked to my advantage. This is a good lesson though that if you absolutely need the product quickly, a follow up call is important. The internet has made us lazy! We all know that you have to be anything but lazy to be a proficient detailer!
 
I can't say anything bad about them, when I called and told them I was having problems with my buffing pads they sent sent me some new ones and had them in 4 days

The reason for you complaint was two fold, "they didn't ship out for 2-3 days on a Sunday order, and you didn't get free samples."

Are you for real? My only other problem with Autogeek is that they gave into your terrorism. I'm going to make an Autogeek order out of pity now.

I received my sample kit of the DP products yesterday along with a few other items I ordered. Everything was packed perfectly and all the paperwork was done to the letter for the customs guys.



As soon as I ordered my items which was late on the 13th I received a confirmation email. I again received a notice that my order had shipped on the 17th. As Monday was a holiday here and it arriving in 4-5 business days across a border too I can't complain. I just received the email about the Memorial Day sale... I am tempted to order some more products! I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Autogeek. I'll buy from them again anyday.
