Is it just me, or does anyone else have trouble accessing the site lately. I get the "Plesk help desk" page? :dunno

I wish . . .
Check the time that it is happening . . .if it is 25 hours since the last time of difficulty, usually on the 1/2 hour (eg 5:30 pm today, 4:30 pm yesterday), & it lasts about 10 ~ 15 minutes, I believe that it is being caused by the running of the back-up program on the server. :dunno

It was later than that......... about an hour or so ago? (6:30 - 7:00 PM)

I use to get it all the time but no one knew what was causing it. I got around it buy subscribing to a thread, when I got a reply through e-mail I used that to access the site and bookmark it. Haven't had any problems since.

Wow, I can't believe people are getting this now. My episode was about 2 months ago. Could not access the site. That page came up all the time, not just some of the time. Though I had a bug in my computer, but after the work around never had it again, or since.

I got around it by using the URL http://www.detailcity.com/index.php?
That should get you by the Plesk page. I then bookmarked the home page and use that to access the site.
