Problem with Z2pro

Anybody have any problems with Z2pro thickening up to the point that it is unusable. I opened up a new bottle a couple days ago and it is too thick to come out, almost gel like. The bottle is about 15 months old, i think. The bottle was never opened and the cap was tight.The last bottle was OK.



I tried to thin it with Z6, didn't work.



I emailed Mike at Crown in Can. where it was bought. His only answer was "The only time I have had this problem is if the product was frozen ". It was never frozen on my part.



I emailed Sal and have got no response.



Any ideas on how to thin it? I have gotten some out to try and it streaks or gobs and then it needs a good Z6 wipe to remove.
 
It came in the same box as Z2pro x2, Z6 and ZFX and the other products show no signs of being frozen. I have thousands of dollars of other supplies, my shop never froze.



I might have for sale a bottle of ZFX and become a Duragloss user.

I wasn't thinking your shop froze but that maybe during shipping. Who knows? I've never had an issue with it nor have any people that I know so maybe just chalk it up as a fluke.
 
Just e-mail Sal and discuss with him. He will take care of you.



It's a little sad that your distributor didn't step forward with a better solution. :(

If he's on another line, he'll call you back the same day.
 
I finally contacted Sal and he thinks that it was frozen at some time. He has no problem replacing it and has been in contact with Mike. It will be sent out today.



Sal seems like a nice guy, service is top notch.



BTW Z2pro can not by thinned.
