I have a problem with my rotary machine. This is a copy of the Makita rotary, is a Slovenian company called Iskra(Spark in the translate). The problem manifests itself by being the first and second gear machine slows down to 0 rpm when start to work on car.Only at 2.5 and at 3, 4, 5 works well. I believe that the machine does not have some electronic feedback speed control when running under load. My problem is i dont know what is the speed on 3,4 and 5. I I'm afraid that does not make a mess (read BURN)when do not know rpms. Maybe is 500, maybe 3500
.I want to learn zenith point tehnicque and can do that, because i do not know which are correct rpms. In the intructions say that machine are 1200w, rpm 600-3000. But that is only on paper:biggrin1:.

The worst thing to ISKRA is that work bloody great, does not heat up or something. Only that it revs normal range of 600 and up. No no she is dead to 2.5 and then starts to spin like crazy.
For now there is no money for a serious machine, so I would like to say someone has made a similar machine and how to solve the problem rpms. Any idea are welcome.
