Some of you may remember my post about S&W smearing on my brand new car.
Well today I cleaned the inside of the windows with IG and had streaking and windows looked like they had a scum on them.

Well Dummy me I finally woke up.
The day after I took delivery I took it to Zeabart and I watched him for a while.
He sprayed around the edge of the inside of all the doors and trunk.and hood.
He had a very narrow spray but it put out a mist that settled on everything.

The car is Black if it was white I bet it would look really bad.

My back is not up to wiping the car down with 3M adhesive remover then clay it.
I'm going to have to live with it until my back gets better.
If you use the bag test around the outer potion of the hood it feels like fine grit sand paper.
Well at-least I now know what the problem is.

I bet that is a relief!!
Yea but I don't know why I did not think about it sooner.
Man sometimes I just seem to go brain dead.
Most people say that the rust proofing is a waste of money because of the galvanized metal used now days but I keep them till they won't go any further so preventing rust is a major concern.

I have an uncle that owns a zeibart, he wont even use the products on his own personal cars. It is a very lucrative business but it seems as though a lot of their products are a gimmick! I worked for him when i was in high school well before i knew better. If its working for you though that is awesome!

They tried to sell me on the Scotchgard for $99.00 but I passed and did it my self.
Scotchgard for fabric cost $4.99 at Wal Mart

They also wanted to sell me the $350.00 wax job and I passed on that also but the rustproofing is a good investment unless you do like most people and trade every 3 to 5 years then you pass the problem on to the next guy.
Whether rustproofing is worth it depends on a persons buying habits some people spend a life time paying for new cars I'm not one of them..
