Price Match FAQ - Superior 40% Off

I was gonna stay away from this thread, but decided to put my .02 into it.

Besides me being loyal to AAC, because they have always taken GREAT care of me, my wants and needs, there is always the question of what ya gonna do if you have a problem.

Years ago when pac went out of business, I bought another flex. It came in dead, pac was dead...............

So I for one, will buy from the people that care about my business, and want my business........ and will be there tomorrow

Let me know how that works out for you.
Wendell, I'm assuming this post is in response to mine, if I'm reading this incorrectly please disregard this post. I wasn't trying to offend anyone here, if you can save money I think you should do just that. In fact, as I stated, it's important to hold on to the money in your pocket. Nobody else is going to look out for your assets as well as you do. My comment with reference to loyalty was simply in response to a post that came across with a "well, I'll show you then" tone. It wasn't yours. The loyalty part of it was more of a make your purchase elsewhere if it suits you but without making an issue of it. Very few people use only one vendor in any given business. Perhaps there wil come a day when ACC has a sale that meets yours and others needs.

I'm so with you on this one Ron. The number of times that ACC (Ray) has pulled a rabbit out of their hat and gave me a little something extra in an order is amazing. I've never met anyone down there but I feel like they know me. They've earned my business and it will keep me coming back.

No worries or offense taken....I own a full time Detailing business and the Core of any Business is it be profitable, now if I was a,weekend waxer or a hobbyist, my needs would be different. ...as for Loyalty, I love this site and have made large purchases, but a good deal is a good deal...I'm in a Network of Professional full time detailers throughout the U.S. and belive me, nobody buys from ONE vendor....that's just unrealistic thinking....but again, me spending $525.00 and saving $210.00 for the same products...I belive in loyalty. ..but loyalty isn't gonna pay for my Yacht when the payment is due

i tried to be loyal one time and missed out on a rupes 21 deal that went for $200 bucks. wont make that mistake again.. lol

Okay, I see the point and AGREE 100% that Autopia deserves some credit for being SO GIVING even with out the holidays. Ray has bent over backwards for me too!!!

Thanks Ray

If you place an order requesting Price Matching and it is declined; does the order go thru at full price or is the Customer notified and given the option to cancel the order?

Ray, I re-upped this question with respect to AG's BOGO sale in the Chat Box. No doubt members will want to know.

Who owns Superior car care? Is it Jeff Berish? SCC is obviously connected to PBMG in some way.

We place the order on hold and contact the customer. The order is kept on hold until we get a green or red light on the order.

We can match BOGO's all day :)

Woah so we can use current 20% off Blackfire plus additional 20% then match AG's BOGO???
How did you come up with that given what has been posted? Sheesh, given that type of thinking pretty soon you'll be having ACC paying you to take their products. ;) Thinking they'll match BOGO pricing or 20% plus 20% (on select brands) and give you your Connect perks assuming you're a member.

Yeah no assuming you can combined cross site promotions. The only thing they usually (out of kindness) let you sneak by is adding Connect Member discount and double points and free shipping on a match deal. Once in a while they will match another sites price and let you use a ACC sale code on it as long as the other sites price is an everyday price or even at times if its listed as marked down but really isnt it sells for the price all the time but they list it as marked down from MSRP. I guesstimate mark up is 100-200 percent depending on the product and price point, so if you get BOGO there is almost no meat left on that bone its probably just a sale to move product of the shelf's for the sake of it not going bad (overstocked items). As I like to say to our own sales people we don't need any practice we are good at what we do, so if we cant make profits doing it then I say no thank you.

I should have price matched AGs gift certificate deal, but I was not thinking. Could have used it to get one of those open box 3401s. Durn it.

hmm I always thought superior had their own warehouse based out of California
