Count me in as another inquiring mind that wants to know.

I noticed some fine scratches in the lower left part of the exhaust can, I've seen those on quite a few Ferrari's and have wondered about how to get those out... I would imagine using finer and more fine grades of paper, along with wet sanding, followed by machine polishing?

I saw a write up Todd did about polishing Ferrari exhausts and I think he ended up with 8000 grade polishing pads before switching to a buffer... not sure, I've got to find that thread again.

I know the metal on those cans is REALLY easy to scratch and I've been rather timid about using anything other than a non-abrasive polish and a soft micro towel to shine 'em up but I'd love to know how to go after those scratches safely.

The work on the 16M is just steller Bob, thanks for posting!:clap:
