Was this Targa? Also, you said you did a IPA wipedown after 205, I have been reading that 205 leaves alot of oils and fillers....whats you impression?

Andrew

Yes, both of his cars are targa. His blue one is 1 of 3 made in the long beach blue w/ camel interior in 05. I do use IPA wipedowns on a section to see if it makes a difference, I havent notice much at all of filling from M205, although I suspect it could in certain circumstances..I generally use it with an orange pad rather than a finishing pad, so this may help break it down rather than spread it around like a finish pad would do..thats just my take on it.

What did you use on the taillights?

Car looks great, that yellow is awesome!

thanks! I used M205/Orange pad via DA on the lights, I was very surprised how well they came out!

For the 03, how do think the fit and finish is? ie: rattles, looseness of bumpers, interior components etc Any comparisons would be great as well... After seeing this color I may want one now! I would love to hear your opinion since you just spent so much time in and around the car!

They should have named that color YOWZA YELLOW !!! :shocked

That is ONE BAD RIDE and a KILLER detail. Love those cars. Nice job.

This car was VERY tight, I honestly can tell you there was nothing wrong that I could find with the car. This color is absolutely stunning in person, it has a ton of pearl flake in it which really pops out in the daylight, dont get it confused with RIO yellow which is flat and IMO sort of ugly. The yellow interior actually looks great in this car, I would own in in a heartbeat.

Before I spent time with this 03, Ive always liked the flip ups more..however after spending 2-3 days with this car I have come to REALLY like the refinements made specifically the front bumper looks considerably better. The bumpers are very tight and there were no gaps ANYWHERE.

Top job mate....I am a HUGE Honda fan too, but at the moment i own an Accord(TSX) and a Civic EG4....It is my dream to buy one day an NSX so if the owner decides to sell one of them tell him to have me in his mind : ) : )

You are lucky man that you detailed that car and the owner is luckier that you detailed that for him....

Delicious as always man! I certainly can't wait to see the blue one. Too bad the glaring sun made it difficult to capture the metallic flake. I know you made it pop!
