Post your Detailing Business Goals for 2005

Well I've been lurking here for a while now and am new to owning a business. Actually 2005 will be the first year. My goal would be to establish a strong customer base while fine tuning my business skills and not to mention detailing skills.

Mobile, what about yourself?

Fixed. Location is about 1200 sq ft. 375 sq ft is taken up with the showroom. I can get two cars in the bay. If we get the loan soon we should be open in early February.

For 2005, I am going to go mobile and I am also going to do pickup and delivery. I would love to get a website up and running and am looking into getting a new shampooer. Those are all my goals for next season.

My goals exactly; I won't be going mobile for a while yet, but pick-up and delivery will be added, and most likely a website and new business forms will come VERY soon.

2. Move my business to Melbourne, Florida with me (going to college there)

3. Get some sort of shop going down in Melbourne (working mobile is kind of a PITA, and I cant fit aanymore equipment in my Pontiac.

4. Invest in an extractor and a pressure washer,
