Post Pics of Your Detailing Supplies Here!

This might look like I'm in bed with Meguiar's, at least until I take some new shots including AIO and Poorboys stuff.

I'm impressed by the range of products that some people have. Once I've tried ex-p and natty's I'm going to try and get some P21S/S100 and Z2Pro.

My other hobby, which is the only one that I share with my GF. She doesn't really understand my passion with detailing, neither do I with her own hobbies.

does not look like your in bed with Meguiar's. but you might not be able to say the same thing about Nike.

I HIGHLY recommend the cabinet pictured in GeneralLee's post!!!! They're $70 at Costco, assemble in minutes and hold a LOT of stuff.

I just bought two last weekend and they're AWESOME for keeping stuff dust free and organized. I also bought 5 of those clear buckets with the split attached tops for $5 each.

I just joined this site last month and don't have a huge selection like many of you. I do have some great products that were highly recommended by many autopians. Hopefully I will be adding a PC soon.

Pugoman, where did you get the yellow drawer units??? They look great!

I presume you're a fellow UK Autopian?

If so, you'll find them at your local Homebase - they're around £35 for a tower of 3 drawers (that's two towers side-by-side in the pic)... I had some vouchers, so obviously they didn't cost me quite that much. Homebase are having a 10% off day next weekend. ;)

that's fine, when i joined i had no supplies..now my collection is growing but it only dwarfs some of the people that are further along in the autopian disease...read older members..the great thing about being a member is you get honest reviews and only spend money on quality products:D the problem arises when you see how many quality products exist:sosad

Well, I have no pics but heres a list of my stuff:

ordered my cheap chicago rotary this weekend. It should be sufficient for the weekend warrior.

I also ordered 7.5" Foam Pads:

1 Yellow Cutting

1 White Polishing, both made by lake country

Rotary Buffer Backing

Plate 6"

I have a black and decker random orbit sander that I use for applying wax with a LC white polishing pad. its no PC but it gets the job done

I have some seal-b made by ardexlabs that I used to use as a detailer at a carwash that is good swirl remover for dark cars.

and I also have some Ultimate 3000 cutting cream made by ??? that is a pretty abrasive compound for heavy oxidation. I probably won't need that too often.

carwash: Blue Coral walmart special (this product is not that good)

Dress All and Wetnblack for trim/tires/interior

Microfibers:about 32 yellow from sams/2 WW

Various Brushes/sponges/applicators

I am thinking of ordering some AIO and poorboys line of SSR, Ex and nattys.

Thats about all I've got. Any suggestions?

Here is my collection... size-wise it's not that bad I guess for all being from the past year or so, but I'm really trying this spring to get some better quality products instead of common products you can find anywhere. In any case, I did get a PC last month so that is an improvement over the last picture! Also just set up a computer in the garage yesterday so now I can browse autopia on that or the laptop in-between detailing :D
