hmm now I worry about "concave" shape. It does make sense that flat pads seem better since 100% contacting the paint. but I look at the regular CMA pads, orange pad, advanced one, their styles are all concave. but it says
"concave "dish" also gives the operator more control over the pad area that comes in contact with the work surface and the ability to vary pad pressure to obtain the desired polishing results."
Since it's only $1 difference (6" and 7.5" pad), I'll probably get 1 each for cutting and polish.
how about Orange pad? anybody recommend? I need to order by tonight.
