I have been hurting myself thinking of making a portable detailing table. Here are some of the ideas I have had, and was wondering if tthre is anything that you want to add, or things that I am missing.
It would have a flip down front door, that could double as a table. Inside there would be a place for 5 or 6 quart spray bottles, some spots for squirt bottles, and a place to label everything, so you would know where it went. I would have a location for brushes, both small and large, for doing interiors, etc. There would be a way to contain Buffing pads, and keep them clean and seperated. There would also be a place to put both a PC and a rotary buffer. ON the exterior, there would be an auto rewind hose reel for a power cord. Probably with 50 feet of cord on it. There also would be an extension cord going into a power strip.
SO that it would be mobile, I would have easily collapsible legs, that could possibly adjust to the height of the floor of a pick up or Van. There would be a tray on the legs that would drop down, and you could put a vacuum on it.
There also might be room for a bucket to go on one side of the tray, as well.
Any other ideas? And what would it be worth to you, if it was ready to go. (mind you, I do not think it would be cheap, the way I want to build it)
