I borrowed one last year from a friend. It was a different color but I think it was the exact same thing. It worked really well. Made a lot of steam and certainly did more than just cleaners alone. I will confirm and get back.

Autogeek just started selling those units.... they look a bit gimmicky, but that could just be me.
