This was actually not that bad from a dealer. Corrected with m100 on lc orbital cutting pad, polished with m205 on yellow Rupes pad.
Coated paint with MOHs plus, wheels with rim, glass with view, tires with tyre.
Thanks for looking!

Another really nice job, seems like all you do is black cars-Lucky you-LOL

Since I am totally unfamiliar with the product line can you take me through the application. Since there is no flash time, how long do you let it set up? Is it possible to let it set too long?

What the cure time till it can get wet?

Thanks

Pretty much wipe on,15 seconds wipe off. Let first coat set for 1 hour, second coat, let set for 4 hours and apply different final coat. This can be accelerated with an infra red lamp.
12/24 hours for water,7 days for soap.i have found out that letting it set to long,or missing a spot,it requires machine polishing to re do. This is probably the hardest coating I have used when it cures. As you know we used finest, if there was a high spot, you could polish it off with a hand polish. Not with Gyeon , it requires a machine to remove. If you take your time, lots of light, it is very easy to use.i have had more compliments on my black challenger, since using Gyeon than ever with finest.customer service from Todd is excellent, the packaging is top notch, and the product is amazing. We have used c Quartz, modesta ,g tech, and several others. Gyeon is hands down the best we have tried!

To finicky for me,excellent product but very pricey and time consuming

Thanks Mike

I will definitely be giving Gyeon a shot. I'm very curious to see how it lasts. I have a few clients who NEED a VERY strong coating as they have weekend babies but no garages... that coupled with the harsh northeast winters, leaves a real demand for something strong.

Test well the hardness before you judge. removing high spots easy doesnt mean the coat is weak.
the opposite , it mean the coat is more user friendly.

these test pics have made by top Russian detailer that test non stop in hardest conditions any glass coating in the market.
among some other coatings he tested the Mohs+ and Finest

in these pics he hand sponged 50 times with few days gap with APC 11 pH
test panel was ceramic clearcoat PPG paint, (very hard)
each coat was applied 1 layer according to manufacturer specs.
you can judge yourself who has more real time scratch resistance and hardness:

MOhS + :

Cquartz Finest :

I did not men to offend you,I relly liked finest, installed an average of 4 coatings a week, however when carpro us question my abilities in another forum,we felt we should move on,good luck to you!
