I'm not sure what kind of products he used, but the seat was cleaned, all of the areas to be dyed were sanded down/filled in and multiple coats of dye were applied.

eh, I think you missed a spot right under over there....lol
Damn dude, stunning work! I tried talking a shop owner into working together with me to restore his two porsches and all his clients who wanted it done (basically networking) and he told me he had a detailer come around for $75 bucks and they looked good...I showed him what I can do on the car I was working on (trashed 96 infiniti) and he was like "why is this guy spending money on a car he is going to take to the snow (moving)"
at that point it was almost pointless but I am still going to try and work with him (high dollar potential clients)
