Is Poorboy's World Trim Restorer and Chemical Guys Extreme V.R.P the same thing (functionally)? I know the two lines alter ingredients enough to SAY they are different, but are these two the same thing?
i believe the cg's vrp is water based as the pb's trim restorer is not. my guess is the trim restorer would last longer. this might be more comparable to pb's trim restorer... Trim Restorer High Shine Trim Gel
Yeah, the VRP does seem to be water based, which I like. I can't say I like the idea of solvents/oils on rubber, even if they do last longer. I'm trying out the VRP now, we'll see how it goes.
i alternate and been using the vrp dressall on the exterior (works well in the interior and leaves a matte finish), but does not last long. still not a bad product overall...
