just got poorboy's trim restorer along with ssr1, ssr2, and nattys.
I was wondering if the trim restorer is a concentrate or do i just use it as it is out of the bottle?

joe

p.s. also got cool new t-shirts for my biz

It is okay to use out of the bottle. It smells and tastes like water based; if so, it would ok to cut with water.

I've used over a gallon of this product and have never cut it....Make sure it buff this product to even out and to keep from run off

TR looks, feels & smells like suntan oil.

It works great on the rubber trim, but as mentioned above you want to buff the excess off.

Yes to most of the above responses...but it can not be diluted:no:

leave on a half hour or more and then buff with a cotton(not mf) cloth

a good tip is to also do the trim before polishing to prevent any polish from sticking or discoloring your trim.:)

:stick Accidentally sprayed the wrong direction.
Didn't get a big taste.[/QUOTE]

Unless the formula has changed within the last year, my understanding is that Trim Restorer is actually not water based.

You have a non-see through bottle right..
I have about a case of quarts left of them that Marj wants me to hoard for her:rofl

I guess I was half right then!
I typically rinse with Silicone Scope anyway. Can you make Trim Restorer with the Natty's Blue smell to aid in the taste?

Whoa!! Glad I saw this post. I have TR coming in my order (the one that UPS damaged). I was about to throw away all my leftover cotton towels & diapers because I went to BJ's Wholesale Club today and now have some MFs to use as rags for dirty jobs.
