This is the link to my original review of Poorboy's EX.

This is the Acura RL I did last Friday:

And the whole car-light was fading quickly and I was in the shade of the owner's house, so the pic is a bit darker than I'd prefer but I wanted the picture to truly represent how the vehicle looked so I didn't try to brighten the picture.

This is a 2002 Tahoe I detailed this weekend. It was in decent shape, so I used Vanilla Moose and Poorboy's EX.

Here is a Miata I did yesterday. No shade at all and temps in the mid 70's. I polished with Vanilla Moose and used two coats of Poorboys.

Those Acura wheels must have been fun to clean and detail.;)

:angry I ought to force the person who designed those PITA wheels to clean them himself when I detail RL's.

LOL :D You should definitely charge a surcharge for that type of wheel.;)

My Lexus has similiar wheels with 1/3 the number of vents in the design. I also clean them first because they require so much energy. After completing the wheels ( complete wash and rinse bucket change of course) the rest of the car is a breeze.:xyxthumbs

Wow, they sure look nice to me! Nice work! I'd love to see some of Poorboy's new pure carnauba on that black! :up

Scott, how do you compare the EX with Final polish ? I know have polymers in it ?

Autopia4

EX has a wetter look to it and you probably don't need to top with a carnauba since it already has a carnauba look. Final Polish seems to be a more traditional polymer (along with Winner's Choice Finishing Creme) in that it has a more reflective look that deepens when topped with a carnauba.

All three are very easy to use and will give great results. I know that Final Polish is very durable (at least 4 1/2 months of good beading) and Finishing Creme goes at least 3 months. Time will tell with Poorboys, but so far, I am happy with the results I've gotten.

oh I know... same thing on older (early 90s) MB SL500's, and some buick centuries with the alloy wheels (such as my wife's  )

Scott, have you tried Clearkotes new car wash? I like it alot better than the old orange wash. The new wash, besides being green, feels alot slicker and seems to rinse better. What is your opinion?

Smells good too, kind of like cherry cough syrup!

I really like it a lot. It's very slick and sheets water very well when you remove the nozzle from the hose and run the water over the paint.
