This is a little different than the usual review, but I felt I had to do this. I talked with Steve today about ordering some products. Of course his knowledge was great, as well as his prices. He took a lot of time to explain a lot of things to me, as well as asking me about experiences with different products. He was NOT about just taking my order, and this is something that will make me a long term customer as long as the products live up to the hype! Thanks again to Steve!

I have to agree completely with you!!



Steve's (Poorboy) service is definitely at the top. He has answered all my questions promptly and provides great comfort in his dealings that makes you want to do more dealing with him:up . I also like how he sends the product first and then you send the money (trust, as they say runs both ways).

I received last week an order made and paied in advance on 23th January. (not from him, though).
 
Thanks for the post...I am actually trying to make it even better and cheaper by switching to FED-EX from UPS...they are quicker and and are charging about 25% less for shipping..

I am going to start a thread to see if people have experience with them...I also read they do international shipping with little hastles..thanks again Autopia:wavey

Thanks Everyone... Like Avis ..we may not be #1 but we TRY HARDER :D... now there's even faster service for the mid-west with our new Mid-West distributor....Thanks agian to Autopians for keeping an open mind...:xyxthumbs

A MAJOR :up going to FedEx! The last three shipments I received via UPS (from other vendors :( ) were damaged. On two of them they repackaged the shipments at the UPS terminal to try and fix them but the damage was already done.



I've never had a problem with FedEx.
 
If Poorboy`s Customer Service is rated an A, which in my book it is, then the two products I tried, EX and Natural Look are an A+. Hope to try the Spray and Wipe soon.
