It looks like they are readily available from lots of internet vendors. Just Google syringes.

In CT they are. Insulin you can buy otc, but you need a script for the syringes. I got a dog that's diabetic and needs 2 shots a day. I can walk in and buy the insulin but need a script for the syringes.
Maybe syringes with needles attached.

That might be, I know the insulin syringes (that I have seen) for humans have a non-removable needle.
My favorite syringes are the old glass versions but the only place I can find them is on eBay.... for shooting glue you can't beat the glass.
An alternative work-around for someone wanting a syringe might be a marinade injector.

You can also get plastic syringes (sans needle) in dollar stores and department stores in the baby sections (for oral medicine application).
