polishing videos

are there any polishing videos out there on the internet with some1 demoing how to use a PC? ive read everything about how to use them but i just think it would help alot to actually see someone doing a section. can any1 help me out?

after watching the megs video i have some question2. first every1 says to work in a 2x2 section...on the video he was working on half a hood, split horizontally. 1) is that too big an area? 2) also how long should u work on that 2x2 area? i no it depends on how bad the paint is and what product u using but on a moderately swirled car whats an estimate? 3) about how fast should u move the buffer back and forth. he did about a hoodslength in a second and i thought that seemed kind of fast.

The 3M website is huge and I could not locate the videos when I got to the automotive section, just the products and usage information. Can you provide a direct link to the 3M videos? Thanks

cant find any 3m vids either. but the adams one answered alot of my questions, thanx for the help
