OK, so I just got my Porter-Cable, and was experimenting a bit today, but I have a few questions. I'm used to doing all my waxing / polishing "the old fasioned way" and was not sure how much polish I should put on the pad. Would I use more than I normally would? It doesn't seem so since you'd be doing the same amount of surface area (one panel at a time).
The next question is speed of the PC... I did the entire car today on the speed setting of 1. I was pleased with the results, and seems to be fast enough. At the same time, I only made a couple passes over the surface area. Do I need more speed, or perhaps more passes over an area? The paint already looked pretty good, so I felt it may have been sufficient. I guess I'm just wondering what more speed would give me.
BTW, I'm using Klasse AIO.
