If you use MF cutting disks for the aggressive work, then you can get by with just a pair of those. But if you use foam you'll need a lot of your "aggressive foam pad".
If you end up doing a lot of the intermediate step (assuming three polishing steps, or this might be the "second of two" if you only two-step it) then you'll need a lot of *those* pads.
If you do a three-step, you shouldn't need very many of the "final polish" pads.
OTHER THAN MF, get a lot of pads for the step you'll be doing the most of. The bad news is that if you use foam for the aggressive work, you might need a lot of both your aggressive and your next-step pads. Yeah, I know, but that's how it always works out for me.
